Amy Elizabeth Scheib

July 26, 1995 — April 30, 2026

Amy Elizabeth Scheib, a beloved wife, mother, daughter, sister, and friend, passed away unexpectedly on April 30, 2026, at the young age of 30. Born on July 26, 1995, in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, Amy's life was tragically cut short due to an automobile accident. Her presence, however, remains a beacon of love and kindness that will forever illuminate the hearts of those who knew her. Amy was the cherished daughter of Larry and Karen Fuger, and her family roots ran deep with love and resilience. She was predeceased by her father, Arlin E. Scheib Jr., whose memory she held dear throughout her life. Amy is survived by her devoted husband, Jason, with whom she shared a beautiful partnership since their marriage in June 2021. Together, they raised their two sons, Toby and Chase, enveloping them in an environment filled with laughter, understanding, and unconditional love. Amy's nurturing spirit extended beyond her family and into her garden, where she found immense joy in tending to her rose bushes. Her love for gardening was not just a hobby, but a reflection of her nature—cultivating beauty and nurturing life wherever she went. Her roses, much like her, brought happiness and color to the world. Known for her genuine warmth and kindness, Amy had a rare gift for making everyone around her feel valued. Her infectious smile and compassionate heart left an indelible mark on the lives she touched. Friends and family often remarked on her ability to brighten any room and leave people feeling better than they did before. Her kindness was a legacy that will continue to inspire all who knew her. Amy is also survived by her siblings, Arlin and Allison, who shared in her joys and triumphs, and who will carry forward the love and memories they built together. Her family was the cornerstone of her life, and she cherished every moment spent with them. Though her time with us was far too brief, Amy's impact was profound. Her legacy is one of love, laughter, and kindness—a testament to the beautiful soul she was. Her family will hold a private ceremony to honor her life, a time to reflect on the precious memories and the bonds she so lovingly nurtured. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that those wishing to honor Amy's memory do so by planting a rose bush in her name or by performing an act of kindness, continuing her legacy of love and warmth. Her spirit will live on in the blooms of each rose and in the hearts of all who were fortunate enough to know her.
