Born in the vibrant city of Miami, Florida & received her education through Miami-Dade County Public Schools. Amanda's life was a testament to love, kindness, and the enduring bonds of family. Amanda was the beloved daughter of Linda Sims, who preceded her in death, along with her sister Chakahkahn Tucker, her aunt Crystal Sims, and her uncle Calvin Sims. Despite these profound losses, Amanda's spirit remained unbroken, a testament to her resilient and loving nature. A devoted mother and grandmother, Amanda's greatest joy in life was her family. She is survived by her two daughters, Talinda Rivers of Tampa, Florida, and Wilteaka Walden of Knoxville, Tennessee, who were the light of her life. Amanda's legacy lives on in her nine grandchildren: Azarion, Tacari, Erian, Eriyonna, Eiress, Mia, Cedric, Demetrius, and Chanelle, each a vibrant reflection of her love and dedication. Amanda is also survived by her sister, Pethrona Sims of Miami, Florida, her cherished godson Mathias, and a host of family and friends who will forever hold her memory dear. Amanda was known for her loving and caring nature, qualities that endeared her to all who had the privilege of knowing her. Amanda Rivers will be profoundly missed, yet her loving spirit will continue to guide and inspire us. Her legacy is one of unwavering love, selflessness, and the belief that we are all part of a greater family. Her life was a beautiful melody, one that will resonate in our hearts forever.
