She passed away peacefully on April 28, 2026, at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, NH, surrounded by her loving family.
Allegra was the beloved daughter of Ernest Steller Jr. and Allegra Parker and was raised amidst the scenic beauty of New Hampshire. Her stepmother, Carolyn, played an important role in her upbringing, nurturing Allegra's innate qualities of compassion and resilience. Allegra was a cherished sister to Sarah and Jake, and a devoted aunt to her nieces, Alyssa and Emily, and nephews, Ian and Jacob. Her great-niece Amaia held a special place in her heart, bringing joy and laughter to her life.
Allegra's true pride and joy were her children—Christopher, Nial, and Shea. Her unconditional love and unwavering support provided them with a foundation of strength and compassion. Allegra's life was a testament to the power of love and family, and she found immense happiness in spending time with her children and friends, celebrating life's simple pleasures and creating cherished memories.
Her passions extended beyond her family, as she was known for her culinary talents and her love for cooking. Allegra's kitchen was a haven where delicious aromas mingled with laughter, and her meals were a testament to her creativity and love. A service to celebrate Allegra's life will be held on May 24, 2026, at 2:00 PM at Rand Wilson Funeral Home, located at 11 1/2 School Street, Hanover, NH 03755. Family, friends, and all whose lives she touched are invited to join in honoring Allegra and sharing in the memories of a life well-lived.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in Allegra's memory to a local animal shelter, a cause close to her heart. Allegra Bailey's spirit will live on in the love she shared and the lives she touched. She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered.
