Alicia Andrew November 20, 1944 - July 19, 2026 It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Alicia "Bunny" Andrew, a beloved mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, who departed this world on July 19, 2026, at the age of 81. Born in the serene town of Preston, Idaho on November 20, 1944, Alicia was the cherished daughter of Norma and Gerald Copeland. Alicia’s life was a tapestry of love, dedication, and artistry. She was predeceased by her nurturing parents, her brothers Jay and Gerald Bunn, and her sisters Sandra Godfrey and Nina Fisher. Yet, her spirit and love continue to flourish through her surviving family: her devoted daughter Tiffiny Whipple (Heath), her loving son Shane Andrew, her brothers John Bunn (Carol) and Joe Bunn, her sister Pamela Copeland, her adored grandson Colton Jerald Anderson, her nephew Ivan Williams, and her dear friend Patty Criner. Alicia's journey in life was marked by her marriage to Dee Andrew, with whom she shared 30 years and raised their two cherished children, Tiffiny and Shane. Though their paths later diverged, the foundation of love and family they built together remained steadfast. After her graduation from Preston High, Alicia pursued her passion for beauty and creativity by earning a cosmetology certification. Her career as an accomplished seamstress at the Singer Sewing Machine Company was a testament to her artistic flair and attention to detail. Ultimately, she chose to devote herself entirely to her family, a decision that enriched the lives of those around her immeasurably. Alicia's talents were as vast as her heart. She was an artist and crafter whose creations brought joy and beauty into the world. Her adventurous spirit led her to find solace and thrill in nature, where she excelled as a horsewoman, fisherman, and hunter. Her home was filled with warmth and laughter, a sanctuary where all felt welcomed by her quick wit and radiant smile. She was a teacher and mentor, a friend to many, and an adopted grandmother to all who were lucky enough to know her. Though Alicia faced the challenges of Alzheimer's disease with grace and courage, her kindness and generosity remained unwavering, touching countless lives. Her family wishes to express their heartfelt gratitude to Rocky Mountain Hospice for their compassionate care during Alicia's final days and to Patty Criner for her unwavering friendship. In honoring Alicia's memory, the family requests that donations be made to the Alzheimer's Research Association, located in Saint Clair Shores, MI, as a tribute to her life and legacy. A private ceremony will be held to celebrate Alicia’s remarkable life. Her spirit will forever be a guiding light, illuminating the hearts of those she touched with her love and kindness.
