It is with heavy hearts and profound sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved Aliceann Garrow, who left this world on June 1, 2026. Born on February 8, 1970, in Aberdeen, Washington, Aliceann's journey through life was marked by her unwavering strength, courage, and a boundless capacity for love and kindness. Aliceann was the cherished daughter of Alice and Jack Phelps. Her life, though tragically cut short, was a testament to the love and light she shared with those around her. Her nurturing spirit and compassionate heart naturally drew her to a career as an in-home care provider. She dedicated her life to tending to those in need across the harbor, offering not only her professional skills but also her warmth and empathy to every individual she cared for. Aliceann possessed a remarkable gift—her ability to walk into a room full of strangers and leave knowing everyone's name. She was a beacon of light, always bringing her loving, warm presence wherever she went. Her infectious smile and genuine interest in others left a lasting impact on all who had the privilege of knowing her. Though life brought its share of trials, Aliceann faced them with grace and resilience. She was predeceased by her dear son Arrin, her brother David, and her nephew Corbin. Their memories and the love they shared remain forever etched in her heart. Aliceann leaves behind a legacy of love and cherished memories with her surviving family members, including her son Arrin, brother David, and nephew Corbin. While she did not have grandchildren or great-grandchildren, her nurturing spirit and kindness touched the lives of countless individuals she encountered throughout her life. As we mourn her passing, we also celebrate the profound impact Aliceann had on our lives. She taught us the importance of compassion and the power of a kind word. Aliceann's presence will be deeply missed, but her spirit will continue to inspire us to live with love and kindness. In honoring Aliceann's memory, let us remember the light she brought into our lives and strive to carry her legacy forward by embracing one another with the same warmth and love that she so generously shared. A private memorial service will be held for close family and friends to celebrate Aliceann's life and the indelible mark she left on our hearts. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to a charitable organization supporting in-home care services, a cause dear to Aliceann's heart. Rest in peace, dear Aliceann. You will forever be loved and remembered.
