Alice Faye Morton Keller
August 15, 1936 – October 8, 2026
Alice Faye Morton Keller—a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother—peacefully departed this world on October 8, 2026, leaving behind a profound legacy of love, faith, and kindness. Born on August 15, 1936, in Maryville, Tennessee, Alice was the cherished daughter of Paul and Ruby Morton. Her entire life was defined by her unwavering devotion to her family, her Lord, and her community.
A graduate of Everett High School, Alice carried the values of integrity and compassion instilled by her parents throughout her journey. She found great joy and purpose in her career, dedicating over 20 years of loyal service to Big Lots. Beyond her work, she touched countless lives with her warm smile, generous spirit, and welcoming heart, forming friendships that lasted a lifetime.
A cornerstone of her life was her enduring faith. Alice was a dedicated member of Everett Hills Baptist Church for over 80 years. Her quiet strength, commitment to her church family, and servant’s heart served as a constant source of inspiration to all who knew her.
In 1956, Alice married the love of her life, Warren Keller, with whom she built a beautiful home and family. She was a devoted mother to her three children—Angela Brainard, Teresa Maples, and Tim Keller—who carry forward her values, grace, and teachings.
Alice’s greatest pride was her growing family. She was blessed with five grandchildren: Justin Maples (Tabbie), Joshua Maples, Jeremy Maples (Emily), Alicia Carpenter (Will), and Gary Brainard (Jacquelyn). Her heart overflowed with joy for her great-grandchildren: Ali Carpenter, Parker Maples, Addie Maples, Luke Carpenter, Levi Carpenter, Avery Maples, and Lily Brainard. She treasured every moment spent watching them grow and took immense pride in all their accomplishments.
