Born on September 20, 1987, in Norfolk, Virginia, Alfred was a beacon of light and love to all who knew him. His sudden departure has left an indelible void in the hearts of his family and friends. Alfred was the cherished son of Rosa McKenzie and the late Alfred Coker. He carried the legacy of his father with grace and dignity, always striving to honor his memory through his actions and character. Alfred was a devoted father to Nazir, Darielle, and Ty'Chae, his pride and joy, who were the center of his world. He took immense pleasure in guiding and nurturing his children, ensuring they were always surrounded by love and laughter. A man of deep familial bonds, Alfred is survived by his loving mother, Rosa McKenzie, and his siblings, Maurice Johnson, Rickelle McKenzie, and Demetrius McKenzie. He also leaves behind his step-siblings, Stephany Johnson and Stefon Johnson, all of whom held a special place in his heart. Alfred was predeceased by his father, Alfred Coker, whose memory he honored throughout his life. Alfred's passing is a profound loss to his family, friends, and the community he touched with his kindness and generosity.
