Richmond, Virginia - Alesia Rae Campbell, a cherished mother, grandmother, and friend, passed away peacefully on August 8, 2026, at the age of 86. Born on February 28, 1940, in the heart of Richmond, Virginia, Alesia was the beloved daughter of Paul E. Lind Jr. and Dorthy Grace Lind. Alesia was a devoted family woman, whose life was enriched by the love and laughter of her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. She leaves behind a legacy of love through her children: Raymond Hall (Penny), Donald Hall (Tracy), Kimberly Graham (Dana), and Jennifer Coates (Jeff). Her nurturing spirit will forever be remembered by her grandchildren: Rachel, Dustin, Andrew, Cory, Hunter, Brooke, Leigh Ann, and Summer, and her 21 great-grandchildren, whose lives she touched deeply with her warmth and kindness. Alesia dedicated 28 years of her life to the Chesterfield County Government, where she was known for her diligence and unwavering commitment. Her colleagues and friends knew her as a woman of integrity and strength, always ready to lend a helping hand or offer a kind word. Beyond her professional life, Alesia had a profound love for dancing and spending cherished moments with her family. Her passion for life and her joy in the simple pleasures left an indelible mark on all who knew her. Alesia was preceded in death by her parents, her brothers Paul Lind III and Joh Lind, and her dear Aunt Audrey H. Conyers. She is survived by her special companion, Norman Bommarito, whose companionship brought her great joy and comfort. Her close friend and cousin, Richard Conyers, also survives her, sharing in the fond memories of a life well-lived. Alesia's family extends their heartfelt gratitude to all who have supported them during this difficult time. Though she has departed from this world, Alesia Rae Campbell's spirit will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
