It is with profound sadness and deep respect that we announce the passing of Aldoray Zanoni, a cherished soul who graced this world with his warmth and compassion. Aldoray departed this earthly life on April 24, 2026, at the age of 69, in the comforting presence of those he loved most. His journey concluded peacefully due to cardiac arrest, surrounded by the embrace of family, a fitting reflection of his life devoted to love and connection. Born on June 28, 1956, in Bacolod, Negros Occidental, Philippines, Aldoray was the beloved son of Albert and Dalores Zanoni. Throughout his life, he embodied the values of kindness, faith, and dedication, leaving an indelible mark on everyone he encountered. He is predeceased by his dear brothers, Aladdin, Aley, Alan, and Alcede, and is survived by his devoted brother, Alex. Aldoray shared a remarkable 70-year journey of love and loyalty with his devoted wife, Ester Gicana Zanoni. Together, they built a life filled with joy, resilience, and unwavering support for one another. Their union was blessed with three beloved children: Angelo Zanoni, who is married to Shien Anne Zanoni, Solomon Zanoni, and Elaine Zanoni. Aldoray's legacy lives on in his cherished grandchild, to whom he was a beacon of wisdom and affection. Aldoray's career spanned many years with Philippine Airlines, where he dedicated himself until retirement. His professional life was marked by diligence and integrity, attributes that were mirrored in his personal life. Beyond his career, Aldoray was an active member of the Worldwide Missionary Outreach Church Program, finding purpose and fulfillment in his faith. Sundays were sacred to him, a day reserved for worshipping as he passionately served as a pastor, never missing an opportunity to share his love for Jesus Christ. Known for his quick smile and light-hearted humor, Aldoray had an exceptional ability to uplift the spirits of those around him. His wisdom and life advice were treasured by many, particularly his grandchildren, who adored him as a guiding light in their lives. To honor Aldoray’s memory and celebrate his life, a service will be held on April 26, 2026, at 4:00 PM at Phase 5, Block 12, Lot 9, Handumanan, Bacolod City. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to the Worldwide Missionary Outreach, an organization close to Aldoray's heart. As we reflect on Aldoray's remarkable life, we find solace in the words of Psalm 23:4, a verse that provided him comfort: "Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I fear no evil, for You are with me; Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me." Aldoray’s presence will be deeply missed, yet his spirit will continue to inspire and guide us. We celebrate his life and the everlasting impact he had on his family, friends, and community. May he rest in eternal peace, embraced by the love and grace of our Lord.
