Alan Christine

August 15, 1978 — March 8, 2026

It is with heavy hearts and profound sorrow that we announce the passing of Alan Christine, a beloved father, grandfather, and friend, who departed from this world far too soon on March 8, 2026, at the age of 47. Alan was born on August 15, 1978, in the beautiful state of Pennsylvania, where he spent his early years enveloped in the warmth and love of his parents, Bosha and Jaja Christine. Tragically, Alan's vibrant life was cut short due to a trucking accident in Ashtabula, a place where he had laid down roots, built a career, and nurtured a family. Predeceased by his siblings and parents, Alan's legacy is lovingly carried forward by his cherished children, Alan Christine Jr., Daren Christine, Zachary Christine, Glenda Dashko, and Sarah Rivera. He leaves behind three adored grandchildren and three great-grandchildren, who will forever carry the torch of his memory. Alan shared a deep and abiding bond with his faithful girlfriend, Heidi, who stood by his side through life's journey. Together, they navigated the joys and challenges, building a life filled with warmth and love. Alan's education at Spartan High School in Ashtabula laid the foundation for a life dedicated to hard work and craftsmanship. Known in the community as the "concrete guy," Alan's skilled hands shaped many a home and project. His expertise extended beyond concrete to drywall, insulation, and landscaping, and he even passed down his knowledge of car mechanics to those lucky enough to learn from him. A proud union member, Alan was a pillar of energy and dedication, whose presence will be sorely missed by those who had the pleasure of working alongside him. He was a man of the outdoors, finding solace and joy in activities such as fishing, riding four-wheelers, dirt bikes, snowmobiles, and hunting. His love for these pursuits was only matched by his passion for sharing these experiences with friends and family. Alan possessed a rare quality—an innate ability to make any room feel warm and welcoming. He never raised his voice in anger, instead teaching his children the power of calmness and understanding. To all who entered his home, he offered a sanctuary from life's worries, a testament to his nurturing spirit. A celebration of Alan's life will be held on March 23, 2026, at 6:00 PM at Monreal Funeral Home, located at 35400 Curtis Boulevard. Family and friends are invited to gather and share in the memories of a man who touched so many lives with his kindness and wisdom. In this time of profound loss, the family wishes to extend their heartfelt gratitude to all who have offered their support and shared fond memories of Alan. In his honor, we invite everyone to join us for a meal—prepared with love—to reconnect with one another and celebrate the life of a remarkable man who brought us all together. Alan Christine's spirit will forever live on in the hearts of those he loved and those who loved him. May his memory be a blessing to us all.
