Born on July 6, 1951, in Dallas, Texas, Aerroll was the cherished son of Winfred and Oweada Mapps. His life was a testament to resilience, love, and devotion to family.
Aerroll spent his career in the dynamic world of computer technology, where he was not only a respected professional but also a mentor to many. His work was characterized by innovation and dedication, reflecting his passion for progress and learning. Beyond his career, Aerroll found his greatest joy in spending quality time with his beloved grandchildren and great-grandchildren. His home was often filled with laughter and stories, a sanctuary for his family where countless memories were made and cherished.
Aerroll was blessed with a large and loving family. He is survived by his three devoted daughters, Michelle, Marjon, and Jemiah, and his two loving sons, Tracy and Eric. His legacy continues through his eight grandchildren and twenty great-grandchildren, who brought immense joy to his life. In their hearts, he remains a guiding light, encouraging them to pursue their dreams with courage and compassion.
Although Aerroll faced the trials of life, including divorce, he did so with grace and unwavering strength, choosing to focus on the love and happiness of his family. His warmth and wisdom have left an indelible mark on all who knew him.
In accordance with his wishes, a private funeral ceremony will be held to honor Aerroll's life. The family kindly requests that, in lieu of flowers, donations be made to a charity of your choice in Aerroll's memory.
As we say goodbye, we hold close the words of his family: "Fly high daddy, we are gonna miss you down here but will see you soon. Love and miss you dearly."
