I’m Free

Don't grieve for me, for now I'm free, I took His hand when I heard Him call, I turned my back and left it all. I could not stay another day, To laugh, to love, to work, to play. Tasks left undone must stay that way, I found that peace at the close of day. If my parting has left a void, Then fill it with remembered joy. A friendship shared, a laugh, a kiss, Ah, yes, these things I too will miss. Be not burdened with times of sorrow, I wish you the sunshine of tomorrow. My life's been full, I savored much, Good friends, good times, a loved one's touch. Perhaps my time seemed all too brief, Don't lengthen it now with undue grief. Lift up your hearts and peace to thee, God wanted me now; He set me free.

A Sisters' & Daughters Farewell

51 years being your sister seems as if it wasn't enough; so many years went pass us as a blur, yet once your vison became clear you had to leave. The journey that was set for you to take was completed, you earned your reward. The journey was not easy, filled with obstacles unimaginable, but you passed the test at the end. We will never know the obstacles you faced other than what was seen, but because you were a fighter, God called you to the frontline and said "Job well done my child", and lead you home to comfort & glory. Sister you will be missed immensely Ebony Adrean Daughters Though our family chain is broken for now, the love and laughter you have left behind will hold us together, mommy you will be missed, but never forgotten .
