It is with heavy hearts and profound sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved Aaron Camron Medley, who departed this world peacefully on March 31, 2026, at the age of 35, after a courageous battle with cancer. Aaron was born on May 31, 1990, in the vibrant city of Baltimore, Maryland, where he spent a life rich in love, service, and community. Aaron was a cherished son to Alex Medley and Trina Tucker, who, along with Aaron’s son, Aaron Jr., continue to carry his legacy forward. He is also lovingly remembered by his two brothers, Tommy and Chase Medley, and his two sisters, Capri and Kaylyn Medley. Aaron’s expansive family includes a host of aunts, cousins, and friends who were touched by his warmth and generosity. Aaron was a proud alumnus of Dunbar High School, where his passion for sports first took root as a dedicated member of both the football and basketball teams. His athletic spirit blossomed into a lifelong love for the game, inspiring him to pursue a Bachelor’s degree in social work and youth counseling from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC). Aaron’s education was a testament to his deep commitment to nurturing and guiding young minds. Aaron found his true calling in coaching and mentoring, devoting countless hours to Baltimore City Schools and Baltimore Recs and Parks. Through his work, he became a beacon of hope and inspiration, instilling confidence and resilience in the youth he mentored. His influence extended beyond the field; he was a writer, capturing stories and experiences that resonated with many and left a lasting impact. An active member of his community, Aaron's legacy is one of dedication and compassion. His involvement with local organizations and his unwavering commitment to the betterment of his community will be remembered by all who had the privilege to know him. A celebration of Aaron’s life will be held on April 15, 2026, at 10:00 AM at the Rehoboth Church of Deliverance Services, located at 603 E. Patapsco Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21215. Family, friends, and all whose lives Aaron touched are invited to gather in remembrance of a remarkable man whose spirit will forever remain in our hearts. Though Aaron is no longer with us, his legacy lives on in the lives he touched and the community he served. As we mourn his passing, we also celebrate a life well-lived—a life full of love, laughter, and unwavering dedication to others. Aaron Camron Medley will forever be remembered as a loving father, a devoted son, a cherished brother, and a true friend. May he rest in eternal peace, his memory a guiding light for all who knew him.
